Smoothie Adventures Part 1

This has been my staple smoothie:
- Frozen blueberries
- Strawberries
- Chia seed, flaxseed, and brown rice powder (Twister Power)
- Dulse Flakes
- Young coconut water and meat

Smoothies I want to try:

This one’s from the giveittomeraw forums (Jef):
small handful macadamia nuts (about 5 whole) (makes it creamy)
about 1/3 cup frozen (or not) blueberries
1-2 T. Chlorella or Spirulina
1-2 Teasp. bee pollen
1-2T. shredded coconut (will replace with coconut water and meat)
1 t. cinnamon (supposed to be good for blood sugar, and tastes good)
1 t. maca
a couple cashews, sometimes
